OCKYSEASON Order Cancellation & Purchase Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter processing or production.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-orders are final sale after the 24-hour grace period.

• Due to the made-to-order nature, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

• To initiate an exchange, contact info@ockyseason.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Final Sale Items:

• All sale, clearance, and pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Chargebacks:

• We kindly ask that you contact us directly at info@ockyseason.com for any order issues. Chargebacks without communication will be disputed with evidence of fulfillment.
